1.Boat Not As Described

If you believe your vessel doesn’t match its listing, report it to our team. Playpen staff will review your report alongside the captain’s assessment, listing photos, and inspection records to make a determination. If the vessel materially differs from its listing, we’ll arrange a replacement vessel or issue a full refund.

2.Meaningful Departure Delay

If your departure is delayed more than 30 minutes due to operator issues, you may request a reschedule to a future date at no additional charge.

3.Last-Minute Operational Cancellation

If your charter is canceled by the operator, our Guaranteed Departure system searches for an alternative vessel. If we can’t find one, you receive a full refund.

4.Severe Weather Disruption

Captain has final safety authority. If weather cancels your trip, you get a full refund or free reschedule within 90 days. See our full Weather Policy for details.

5.Failed Add-On Fulfillment

If a booked service provider (photographer, caterer, DJ) fails to show, that add-on is fully refunded.
